Nicole Peterson brings a wealth of experience and passion for the game to Diamond Elite Academy as a batting and fielding instructor. A graduate of Pequannock Township High School in 2013, Nicole helped lead her team to the 2012 Group 2 State Championship and was named Suburban Trends Softball Player of the Year in 2013.

She continued her career at Ramapo College, where she was a four-year starting shortstop. During her time there, Nicole played a key role in the team’s success, winning the NJAC Championship in 2015 and the NCAA Regional Championship in 2017.

Nicole has worked with Diamond Elite in the past, coaching at camps, clinics, and private lessons, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back! Off the field, Nicole is a 2nd grade teacher, where her patience, compassion, and ability to connect with young athletes truly shine. She is passionate about developing players not just as athletes, but as confident, hardworking individuals both on and off the field.
