Courtney Cienki is the newest addition to the Diamond Elite Academy coaching staff, offering private pitching lessons. A 2020 graduate of West Milford High School, Courtney went on to play at Keystone College (2020–2025), where she has made a name for herself as a standout pitcher.

Throughout her career at Keystone, Courtney has been recognized for her skill and competitive spirit. She tied the program’s record for strikeouts in a single game with 14, earned United East Skye Division Pitcher of the Week honors in April 2024, and was selected Second Team All-United East in both 2024 and 2025, with an Honorable Mention in 2023.

Courtney has been pitching since the age of 9 and has been one of Coach Harley’s most dedicated and motivated students for many years. She has also coached at Diamond Elite camps and clinics, building experience in working with athletes of all ages. Now, she is eager to give back to the softball community by sharing her knowledge, passion, and love for the game.
